Return Policy
- If you receive defective item(s), please kindly notify us within 7 days. We will guide you the returning instruction for replacement. The item(s) must be returned with fully packed material without being used.
- The returning shipping cost will be your expenses. Once we receive your returning unit, we will investigate the unit within 7 days. We will then send you a brand new replacement unit at our shipping cost.
