I just received my order and it was damaged. I requested that my order was packed with plenty of bubble plastic and none was used. The boxes were severely crushed resulting in damaged items. The trees are flat and useless.
I also stated when I placed the order if the wheels were plastic that I did not want to make the order. They then sent the order against my wishes with plastic wheels.
I requested different couplings and they were not sent but they could have answered me if they would not comply with my request.
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. This order is a disgrace!
I will never ever make another order with Evermodel!
I never ever received a reply from them so zero communication.
